Ainsley Rodriguez grew up in Miami Florida and up to the age of 16 mainly concentrated on dance and gymnastics classes. Always conscious of her weight she had a natural propensity to stay as lean as possible.
Being a excellent student she was able to enroll in college early going to nearby FIU. Graduating from college with a degree in Biology she had originally planned to go to medical school.
Taking A Liking To The Gym
While in college Ainsley had tough classes that took up a great deal of her time. In order to get the grades she wanted she could only allocate a small amount of time to going to workout. In order to get her workouts in she found herself getting hooked on circuit training lifting exercises to allow for a total body workout in a short period of time.
She honestly liked the way her body was feeling getting stronger and stronger. In 2012 she entered her first contest of any kind which was a bikini competition the NPC Dayana Cadeau Classic. Taking 3rd place in this event gave her extreme confidence that she could actually make a living doing something she loved to do.
Fast forward to 2020 at the age of 29, with over a million and half followers on Instagram, Ainsley is thriving as a online coach.

This is a 4 week program that allows for full time access to Ainsley for questions and comments.

Jen Ferruggia is a former college softball player who has a degree in exercise movement. While in college she found herself unhappy with the way she looked and felt because of schoolwork and obligations to her softball team.
